Participating outlets who have pledged to reduce fats, use healthier fats, improve frying techniques and reduce salt, sugar and portion size are visited by environmental health officers in line with food hygiene inspections. These food businesses who also achieve a rating of 3, 4 or 5 on the Food Hygiene Rating Scheme are added to a register which will be published below from September 2022.
